With over 25 years experience in the marching arts we have the training and experience to help your units grow. We believe that commentary should recognize strengths and use clear language to help your units reach their fullest potential.

The marching arts is a great space to show our performers how to connect, build, and lead their teams. We offer leadership sessions and team building games for developing your drum majors, captains, or whole group.
